When Speed Limits Were Suggestions and America Still Had Balls

Join us for the 4th annual gathering of automotive outlaws at the sacred launching grounds of the final Cannonball Baker Sea-to-Shining-Sea Memorial Trophy Dash. In addition to this being our 4th reunion event, this year’s reunion also celebrates the 55th anniversay of that infamous gathering, and promises to be our most spectacular celebration yet of the magnificent, completely illegal legacy that proved good drivers in good automobiles could traverse America faster than any government bureaucrat ever imagined.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Saturday Cars & Coffee – 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM The main event begins at our hallowed Darien location. Early arrivals welcome—true automotive anarchists have been known to appear the night before. There will be a DJ and music, a live memorabilia auction, a Q&A with some of the original race participants.

This gathering celebrates more than automotive history—it honors the spirit of American freedom, the courage to challenge authority, and the belief that some roads are meant to be traveled at speeds that would make safety commissioners weep.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 day of show, if you’re showing your car. Spectators are $5 (children under 12 and active duty military are free). There will also be a 50/50 raffle. All profits will be donated to the Brock Yates Foundation for Alzheimer’s Research.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS

This event often draws attendees from all over the US, Canada, Europe and New Zealand, and just as we’ve done in past years, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa. Rooms in the block are priced at $219/night and parking is an additional $15/night.
