A Unique Sponsorship Opportunity for Your Business

Get ready for season 4 of Cars and Coffee Darien.

Cars and Coffee Darien is the only regularly-scheduled full-season event of its type in Fairfield County. It is also the only cars and coffee in the entire United States with any connection to the Cannonball race. In our three previous years of doing this, our smallest crowd was 65 cars. Our largest event – the annual Cannonball Reunion – gets over 225 cars with between 600-700 spectators of all ages, and has drawn visitors from all over the US, the UK, New Zealand and Germany.

For 2026:

  • We will once again be running a full 8-event schedule. We will be starting in April and ending in November. Note that the May event will be on the 3rd Sunday – the weekend after Mother’s Day – while all the other events will be on the 2nd Sunday.
  • We will have more capacity. Regency Centers, the owners of Goodwives Shopping Center, have allocated a larger area for us this year that will allow us to accommodate at least 300 exhibitor cars.
  • Events will have a specific theme.
  • We will have 10 special awards for each event.

There are three Sponsor packages available. Details are below. If you’d like to become a sponsor, then entire process can be done online.  Click on the Become a Sponsor link, fill in your business information and the sponsor package you’re interested in, and click submit.  A copy of your contract will be sent to your inbox withing 1 or 2 minutes along with a link for payment. Additional instructions for setup as well as your credentials will be sent along once payment has been received.

Looking at the map, all Sponsor booths are the yellow boxes located in the first two rows of the parking area, immediately adjacent to the check-in area (solid red box). Sponsor and staff parking is the green shaded area. Trailer and truck parking is available.
