Cars and Coffee Darien – Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
By sponsoring a Cars and Coffee Darien event, you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Packages
Sponsorships are available for full season, half season (4 events), or single events. Benefits, pricing, and required commitments may vary by package and are detailed in the individual sponsorship agreement.
2. Benefits
Sponsors are eligible for perks, which may include:
- Reserved parking spaces and tent display areas at sponsored events
- Sponsor logo placement on the Cars and Coffee Darien website and event pages
- Recognition on social media and inclusion in press releases
- Opportunity to provide promotional items for participant goodie bags
- Preferred admission/parking and other on-site activations (where applicable)
- Additional recognition on printed materials (flyers, posters, table drapes, etc.—varies by package)
Specific benefits are confirmed in your individual agreement.
3. Payments & Deadlines
- Full Season and Half Season sponsors must pay the full sponsorship fee by February 1st, 2026, or by the date specified in your agreement.
- Single event sponsors must pay by the date of the relevant event.
- Logos and marketing materials must be delivered by February 15th, 2026, for inclusion in printed materials, or by the deadline communicated by Cars and Coffee Darien for later events. High-resolution PDF or Adobe Illustrator files are preferred.
4. Sponsor Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing all display, promotional, and logo materials. The event team is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or late-arriving sponsor materials.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Either party can cancel sponsorship due to a material breach, with a 30-day notice and opportunity to cure.
- Cancellations or changes outside of breach situations are handled at the discretion of Cars and Coffee Darien.
6. Liability & Conduct
Sponsors are expected to comply with all event rules, written or posted, and to ensure their displays, tents, and promotional activities are safe and suitable for all ages.
Cars and Coffee Darien is not liable for any damage or loss to sponsor property, or for injuries resulting from sponsor activities or materials.
7. Brand Representation
Sponsors agree not to use the Cars and Coffee Darien name, logos, or materials outside the context of the sponsored event(s) without prior written consent.
8. General Terms
- All sponsorships are subject to approval by Cars and Coffee Darien.
- The specific details of each sponsorship (dates, benefits, pricing) are outlined in your executed agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with this page.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut.
